Set-up your university email-account with Thunderbird
- Open Thunderbird
- Right click on the main toolbar
- Left click on the menu bar

- In the new menu bar click on Tools
- In Extra on account settings

- In the new window on the bottom left click on account actions
- In the next window clock on add Email account

- In the pop up window fill out the personal information in the given input fields
- Don´t clock on done yet though
- Click on the field edit manually instead

- Switch from SSL to SSL/TLS under the IMAP line
6.
- Under the authentication section of the IMAP line, switch to a password
7.
- Under the SMTP line, switch from SSL to SSL/TLS
8.
- As for authentification of the SMTP line, select password
- The setting up of the account is done
